Pathetic disgusting service

The service at this place is absolutely pathetic. I booked a "vip" cabin more than a month ago. Paid R6000 for 5 nights. Get to Durban and it is raining on the Wednesday evening. The windows don't close properly and the water comes in. Maintenance guy co.es through the next morning, after the damage is done. They don't fix the problem. Then on Friday evening they have church....people park next to the cabin I have paid for. This has inconvenienced me. There is no control in this place. I feel as if I'm dealing with retards.
