Bad customer service from Eco Lifestyle

Firstly, it's misleading naming their luggage "Eco Berlin", hijacking a much more reputable luggage brand name. First time using the 75cm unit as checked luggage, one of the footstands snapped off. On contacting the supplier, Eco Lifestyle didn't offer to fix the case, offer a replacement part (at a cost or not) or consider the fact that it might have been a faulty part. They merely suggested I claim from the airline and then have it repaired. I suspect that this brand of luggage is merely imported cheaply with zero actual customer service. I'd be very hesitant to purchase any of their products as this is a competitive market.
