Mr rude and unprofessional

Absolutely a NO GO... Horrible etiquette, manners, poor customer service and extremely unprofessional.

I was out the whole morning when they came to install the irrigation system. Upon arrival I went to have a look at all and found they were still busy. The manifold they created had two taps almost on top of one another and when I opened one, my finger got a cut from the tap next to it.

I sent a quick message with a picture explaining that the taps are too close to one another and uncomfortable.

Few seconds later the Owner was standing next to me immediately with an attitude. Bare in mind I was unable to talk as I was at the dentist the whole morning. Trying to show him the issue, he got more arrogant trying to teach me how to open a tap and not addressing the common sense of the matter.

Walking away from me he mumbled "You builders are all difficult and the same... I must just take my stuff and go..." upon which I calmly tried to respond "I think it would be a good idea..."

With that comment of mine he even got a worse attitude and instructed his staff to remove all their stuff. Needles to say, leaving the property in a mess not rehabilitating or cleaning anything.

I am dumbfounded that a business owner would respond in such a way irrespective...

All I can say is stay away...
