Eco-insulation poor product

In June 2018 my home was insulated by Eco-insulation.Recently we found that the house was losing its insulating qualities and I contacted Paul Buys the owner in Port Elizabeth. He came to my house and agreed that the house was very cold but told me to buy more insulation from him .I told him that there certificate stated that the product carries a lifelong warranty and I cannot accept paying again to have my home insulated. I never heard from him again.Think Eco-insulation is poorly run and only out to make a quick buck and I now have to spend money again to have my home insulated.
