Garden left a mess after landscape designer finished

<p>Eco-footprint quality guarantee is non-existant! I appointed them to do a new landscape installation. However, a couple of weeks after they finished, a retaining wall they built started to buckle. My calls to the owner went unanswered. The wall has fallen over since. I am also waiting for them to finish the last portion of the paving (as they were waiting for stock from their suppliers).</p>
