Non-delivery and disappointment

I ordered hair products from Eco essentials. It has been 3 weeks now and i have not received my order. Their listed telephone number on their website is not going through and when i tried to contact them through messenger and email, they took forever to respond. They responded after 3 - 4 days and just requested my order number. I then provided them with it but they kept quite still. This company is so terrible and I am not ordering anything from them ever.
