They have ****** my money

If I could rate this company minus 5 I would. Placed an order online in December. I have followed up numerous times, the last time I was told my items would be shipped on 29 January which is almost 3 weeks ago. Since then none of my emails or WhatsApp’s are even acknowledged. They have ****** my money. Do not order from this place.
