Deposit paid but no product.

I ordered a custom made cupboard from Jeffrey at the end of Sep 22. I paid a 60% deposit with the order. Delivery was scheduled to be 10 working days after order. Then the lies and promises started. Every time it was tomorrow. After a month I visited his small garage setup factory. He could not showed me one shelve of the cupboard. I asked my money back, but with no success. Then he said he will make me a picnic bench. Then the promises started all over again. 3 months now and I am still waiting for either my refund or the bench. This is the same as *****ing to me. Will not recommends him at all. Stay away.
