license disk
<p>i bought a polo vivo last year march and traded in my citi golf where as Eco Auto settled the account for the citi golf , all was well . took delivery of the polo vivo . but the other day i went to renew the license disk for the polo vivo where as i was told that i still have an outstanding disk which is for the citi golf. its 1 year now the citi golf was traded in but still on my name and now i am unable to get my license disk for the polo vivo beause someone did not do their job properly and do change of ownership. yesterday (05/04/2017) i spoke to Ricardo and he said i should send him an email with all the details and documents which i have done, but ot have i received any response from them. i want this sorted ASAP. and if nothing gets done about this i will take this matter further to the ombudsman.</p>

As discussed telephonic, you trade in vehicle was sold directly to another dealership, as they offered the highest price. This dealership has not yet dealer-stocked(registered) the vehicle as they have lost the original papers. We have requested a duplicate from your bank, and will de- register immediately upon receival. Unfortunately we cannot answer for other businesses, but we can assist in your matter.
