After the deal went through the spare key was no where to be found. My attorneys call them they just said the key was eaten by the Dog how Funny a car that worth R220k and spare key was no way to be found. I appeal to anyone who is willing to purchase a car at their dealership to be very careful to sign and make sure they provide an excellent service and they mistreat people for their colour of their SKIN (******).I hope this wont happen to anyone in future. The contact Number of the manager is Ricardo ********** 659.

I cant be spending more than R5000.00 to buy a spare key as I was promised by the consultant.

Below is the email conversation I received from Jo The sale consultant.

Good day Jo.

I just want to let you know that I still want the spare keys as per below was written by You, Now your Boss is telling me about the contract.

Below is the respond on my email from Jo Bernard.

good Morning Sir,

The license disk we will have the moment the Bank sends us the Original Natis. That usually takes 2 to 3 weeks. Once we settle the account, that original Natis gets sent to the bank that financed your vehicle. We receive a copy of that, which we use to register the vehicle in your name, and then an license disk is issued.

will ask Ricardo for an update to hear if the bank has let him know that the previous owner account was settled and the copy of Natis sent.

The spare key we will get the moment confirmation of settlement is received by the previous owner from her bank.

Once I have that, I will of course inform you immediately.

Kindest Regards

Jo Barnard.

Cell : ********** 734

It is with regret that we have received your post on the Hello Peter page.

We would firstly like to thank you for purchasing a vehicle from Ecoauto.

We are truly distressed that you feel that our service performance and response to your request for the spare key was not to your satisfaction.

For the record ,on delivery of the vehicle it is clearly stated that the spare key was not available.

The attending sales person undertook to try and locate and get the key to you.

The seller was contacted and the salesman was advised that thei dog had chewed on the key ,which rendered the key unusable.

As a gesture of goodwill and in order to settle the matter to your satisfaction we ask you to

go to an authorized dealer whom can provide a quote for the extra key to be encoded.

On receipt of a competitive quote we will authorize the purchase of the key and make payment to the dealer.

We would also like to apologize for the fact that you felt you were treated in an inappropriate manner due to your race.

We would like to state in no uncertain terms that this is definitely not the way we treat any person, and possibly you misconstrued the unsatisfactory service as ******.

We trust that once you receive the spare key that you will advise Hello Peter of this fact.

Best wishes

Eco Auto Group
