Eco Air sucks

I have been waiting for 4 weeks to have my heat pump up and running again. It's still under warranty, 1 month old. Their technical advisor is an arrogant ****e that knows zilch, the director could not care less. I have spent a couple of grand to save money and their after sales service SUCKS
