ECN Telecommunications are forcing me to buy a phone from them

A rude lady from ECN Telecommunications called me, wherein she told me that I have been selected to receive a Huawei P30. Before I could even respond, she thanked me, saying my phone is on the way. For the record, I did not order a phone from ECN Telecommunications and I do not want a phone from ECN Telecommunications
