Poor services from Ecko Unlimited Springfield park.

I have purchased a top from the Ecko shop in Springfield park on the 6th of April for an amount of R300. When I got home I noticed that their was something that looked like dust on the Top, I called the store immediately and advised them that this is what I noticed. I spoke to a lady by the name of Esther who said to me that I should bring the top back and they will exchange it. I took the top back on the 13th as this was my only off day and dropped the top of at the store . Shannon attended to my query and he advised that they cannot refund or exchange the top a it was damaged by me. Why would I damage a top I paid R300 for, if my intention was to damage the top I would not have purchased it. after making a fuss Shannon said to me he will send it to head office to inspect,I get a call today the 17th of April from the store stating that they will not refund or exchange the top. I am highly disappointed at the service that this store provides. Apart from them having such bad lights and me having a poor sight I have just lost R300 . This is absolutely poor service and I will never visit this store ever again. I do not recommend this store to anyone. They are disgusting and are *******.
