Bad behaviour from Management

I phoned yesterday, asked if certain plants were in, they confirmed it was and gave me a price. Now on arrival there, the Manager charged past me. (He said he assumed I was with people although I was not near them - He should have asked if he could help me). There were staff standing around, but NOBODY assisted me, NONE of the plants I asked about was available, when confronted, the Manager shouted at me, grabbed the paper out of my hand, and kept on interrupting me. I have NEVER had such bad service from this Plant nursery in Bedfordview before and I am shocked. Their service has seriously deteriorated.
