I ordered online on a Sunday and my order was delivered to my door on Tuesday! An earlier email I had sent requesting a change to my order was answered within minutes. These people are exceptionally friendly, courteous and helpful. Their website works great. Prices on movies and music were better than the well-known large online retailers, and the customer service offered by Echo’s Record Bar is in a different league altogether. Small owner-run businesses like these truly deserve our support!
