Echolink worst service provider ever!!!!!

We received the worst possible experience when buying a caravan from Echolink in Boksburg. First emtey promises where made when we first got our caravan and when it would be delivered. Once delivered a brand new fridge was already scratched. After having the caravan just 4 months not even used yet due to COVID when my husband washed the carvan large quantaties of white fluid came running down the caravan. We also relised the caravan had holes in the roof. With already getting a bad service from this company we decided tobguve them a chance to repair the roof and they made another promise in writing that the job would be completed in 2 weeks. 2 weeks has now passed and still no caravan. When we enquired to contact the service provider where our caravan is standing for the fibre glass that needs to be fixed Echolink refuse to give us the number or name where i caravan is standing at and just said we will have it back in 2 days. We as oqners have a right to know where our goods are standing and a right to contact them but Echolink refuse. They give the worst service ever even our friend whom bought a caravan there almost a year ago is still waiting for parts that where promised to him and when he also had some issues fixed on his caravan he got his caravan back in a worse condition scratched bumped and cubboards just tied with cable ties. I would never reccomend anyone to ever use Echolink to buy anyrhing from them.
