ECHOLINK WORST DEALERSHIP EVER NEVER USE THEM!!!

Echolink in Boksburg give the worst customer service ever!!!! When we bought caravan in March 2020 we were made emety promises when we would recieve our carvan waited more than a week for delivery after first intial delivery date was confirmed. Once we eventually recieved our caravan the brand new fridge that was put in caravan had already a large scratch on it. We have never used the caravan due to COVID and on a weekend when we washed it large quantaties of white fluid ran down sides of the caravan. When my husband checked on roof he saw large wholes and cracks on the roof. We took the caravan to Gibbons (great service by them) to have inspected and we were told that roof was rotting and when you just touch the cracks it would fall holes in. We contacted Echolink they came through to inspect and said its just bit of fibre glass crack. According to law we decided to give them a chance to fix they made promise that it would be only 2 weeks to fix that too now has elapsed. There excuse is that its cold and fibre glass does not want to set. When i requested the number and name of compnay that our carvan is at too be fixed they bluntly refused to give me name and number where our caravan is at. We were very hesitant to allow them to work on it as our friend whom also bought from them about 8 months ago is still waiting for parts from Echolink and when he also had things on his caravan to be fixed when he got his back it was in worse condition. ECHOLINK had scratched and bumped his caravan as well as just tied his cubboads inside thats was suppose to be fixed with cable ties. I would never reccomend Echolink to anyone!!!!!!
