Beware of doing business with Ash from Echoturf

I had some waterproofing done and artificial grass installed by Ash and his team April 2015. The waterproofing was almost non existent causing water damage to both balconies on which the grass was installed. I attempted to contact Ash but my calls were not answered and never returned. After attempting to contact Ash multiple times to request that he address the issue, I eventually got hold of him by calling him from different numbers. He eventually sent his team out to check the job and even they were amazed at how bad the waterproofing had been done. They promised to return to sort the issue out but never did. Ash could also not be reached. I eventually got a response to an email I sent telling Ash that his guys were no better than he was at getting back to me. This has now escalated into a legal matter. His response to the first lawyers letter - Lol. Be careful when doing business with Ash Nardelli, he is not what he seems.
