Echo 4x4 - Disaster!!!

I purchased an Echo 4 Legend off road trailer from Echo towards the end of 2020. Three weeks late on delivery with a few "missing" items I finally got my trailer. 3 months later and I am still waiting on the items that were not ready when I took delivery of the trailer with empty promises that it will be ready "this week" (this week is now 3 months later, still no goods). The same applies to an order for accessories I order, a month has gone buy with no communication form Echo, same old story, we expecting the ordered items "this week".

Echo Trailers are the epitome of bad service, pity can be such a great product.

My advise, look at the other 4x4 trailer manufacturers before you make a decision to buy from Echo Trailers Cc. - painful experience.
