Echo Africa Safari doesn't care about its clients

My group and i were on a safari guided tour at the Kruger National Park. Our safari vehicle broke down at 12:30pm during the day. The driver/ guide sent a message to their offices via a two way raidio. He didn't receive answer. There was absolutely no cellphone network. 6 cars went by while we were waiting. We asked each and everyone of them to assist by letting the Echo office know, as they were driving pass there on their way. The Echo Africa office only sent a car to come get us 3 hours later. The office staff admitted that the messages were received around 12:30pm via the 2 way radio. They admitted that cars driving past told them that there were people stuck inside the game reserve. But they decided to only come rescue us at 3:15 pm. We were in the middle of a game reserve that has wild aminals, it was hot, only woman, some were over 60 years old. The staff at Echo Africa were so casual and unbothred about this incident while we were so traumatized. They didn't see anything wrong with the way they handled this situation. A woman who was part of the rescue team came, the first thing she said to the driver was " you're so lucky you were te stuck for 3 hours with beautiful ladies and you're the only guy". No apology was given to the us, no compensation of any sort was given. The only thing they said was they dont know why the rescue team took so long since the message via the two-way radio was received very early. Anything could have happened to us. If there was a medical emergency or someone was injured, they could have died. We were booked for the weekend at Nkambeni safari camp. Echo Africa is the guided safari tour transport that Nkambeni uses. The staff at Nkambeni should have also tried to assist. Their clients went on a half day safari guided tour from 6am in the morning, supposed to be back around 12:30. They didn't show any concern when they saw that at 3pm we were still not back. Both these companies were unprofessional and showed very little concern for their clients. For your own safety, do not use Echo Africa for your safari tours. They have very little regard for the lives of their clients lives.
