Poor service yet again

I have twice now experienced poor service from Echo 4x4. I am the proud owner of a fantastic and reputable product, an Echo 4 trailer. Unfortunately the same compliment may not be made of their product servicing.<br> <br> My first poor experience was for a basic service of the trailer which is intended to attend to the basics such as a lights, wheel-bearings, brakes, tow-hitch and any other snags identified. I was contacted to confirm completion of the job and to arrange collection. I arrived to find that the trailer lights were still not functioning, reflective tape had not been attended to. It appeared like a rushed job with little care taken, and it clearly had not been quality-assured. I had to wait hours whilst they completed the agreed job.<br> <br> Today, I arrived to collect my trailer (after leaving it with Echo for two weeks) to fit a water pump, wash-basin, extra battery, jockey pin, and repair one rear support leg. The job was confirmed as completed, so I foolishly paid, and then looked at the trailer. The water pump was half-fitted, the jockey pin was not fitted and I can't comment on the rest, as I couldn't process the rest through my severe disappointment. Shocking service again!
