Poor service?? What about NO service?

<p> Booked my Echo 3 trailer in for a service for Thursday 23rd June way in advance - made the appointment on Monday 6th June.</p> <p>Wanted a simple service as we are going away on a long trip during the school holidays.</p> <p>Delivered the trailer on Thursday at avout 9:00 AM and when I went to collect it today (Friday) at 11:00 AM - they hadn't even looked at it!!</p> <p>'Short staffed' - before a school holiday!!</p> <p>Was told to come back 'this afternoon.'</p> <p>Which I couldn't do.</p> <p>Called the owner in Pretoria at 11:07 AM but no call back....</p>
