Unprofessional service

I have been to get the third party insurance claim (***) since May 2024. To date my claim has not been finalized, and this is the 4th month. And the assessor has not even contacted me. When I follow up with a gentleman named Lancelot Rasiluma he informed me that they are working according to the timelines and I can fix my own car if I can't wait. I fail to understand the wait as my claim is a clear no fault accident, because their client reversed onto my car.
