Supreme Claim Dodgers

Dont waste your time with this mickey mouse insurer, they pretend to offer you peace and security but they are supreme claim dodgers who use sub standard service providers to provide every excuse under the sun to repudiate and deny claims.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with an insurer and I regret the day I took out this policy. Echelon are masquerading as an exclusive and "private clients" insurer but they consistently deliver mediocre, amateur and substandard services and their latest stunt is destined for the Ombudsmans desk.
