Shocking Customer Experience

Do not use this company - they repudiated a claim of a boundary wall that collapsed stating that it was not built according to certain acts. We explained that it was in accordance to the acts at the time but they still argued that they will not pay. Very poor client service don't give a damn about the client - not even willing to negotiate a deal. It is actually very sad as we had good service in the past and rated them as a short term insurer.
