Pathetic excuse for an Insurance

Be very careful of this company.

The do not want to pay your claims, they go against their policy and take forever to answer and emails come across as rude and cannot answer simple questions.

We recently moved over to EChelon.

In Jan, we discovered that there was an issue with our pool, and after not being able to use the pool/filter for over two years because of something called a drought, we were unaware of the issue, we had an assessor come out but EChelon declined our claim and then said they will pay for the leak but then they are charging an excess. Which is against the policy, then the response we get, doesn’t make sense.

How were we suppose to know there was an issue? And now that we need a claim paid, you cannot give a straight answer and you go against your policy.

I will not recommend this insurance company.
