Not paying for Car ****** from house

On the 27th November 2014<br> Our Sons Car was ****** from our House in Board Daylight it was behind locked Gates and Garage <br> However the Perpetrators were watching and stole the car as we left to take our clothes etc. to our new house <br> upon our return it was ****** <br> The insurance company then told us outright we will not get paid out as it did not have tracker <br> however they were taking our insurance premiums each month without fault for 16 months , the last time we had communication from them , was 2013 month after purchase that the car required tracker <br> however we had stated that the car was for 18 year son and was only going to be driven once he obtained his licence<br> they handled the whole process shockingly they sent out an investigator to asses whether we ****med them (which I believe is process) but very upsetting <br> they kept us waiting for two months on the edge only to be told 3 months later <br> all they said was sorry it should have had tracker !<br> that they will not pay us a cent for our loss !<br> please help is there anyone who has had this and got any joy <br> <br> we not even looking the full replacement value but something to put down a deposit on a car
