No customer service - lazy staff

No help at all to the customer. Very lazy assessor and team leader that didnt take the time to understand the issues I raised. Parts missing and original repairs still faulty, Team leader and assessor say its maintenance related. Utter BS, missing parts are not maintenance, idiots!
