Echelon declined my Brake in claim
Echelon PCI (Sanlam/Santam) declined my brake in claim because they feel I was not clear on my claims when I app**** for a policy. I was clear and was advice by their broker what to report and what not to. However they are only looking for away not to pay my claim and my history have nothing to do with my claim only with my monthly payment.
