Contractual obligations being skirted
As a client when one pays for insurance, the standard expectation is for set insurer to come to the table and live up to their contractual obligations and their marketed message. My car has been sitting with the panel beater since the 9 Feb 2015 and I have yet to hear of any concrete action taken to REPAIR my car back to its original status (pre-accident) instead of being obliged to jump through bizarre bureaucratic hoops such as a Claims Investigator (which is not even in-house but outsourced). ALL applicable information has been submitted and processing has yet to come to the fore.

Bottom line, set contract has been prepaid for the year and in all fairness, a client such as myself is being afforded this sort of lack luster laissez faire treatment?

Kindly get this repair sorted and done! We are busy business people and really don't have time for amateurs otherwise close up shop and we will take our business elsewhere!
Thank you for bringing this complaint to our attention. We did not respond to your message previously, since we were not subscribers to Hello Peter, and have signed up this week.
We are sorry that you feel you have experienced service delivery failure from our side. There has been correspondence between us and your broker with respect to this claim in particular, which we understand to be resolved as your vehicle was satisfactorily repaired in March. We admit there was some initial delay, but there were details of your claim that required investigation, before we could authorise repairs to your vehicle.
Please accept our sincerest apology for any inconvenience caused in this regard. We trust that your other experiences with us have been a lot more efficient.
Kind Regards,
Echelon
