Bad service all round

Poor communication between the broker and the company, I had a small accident with my vehicle and was told it would be fixed within 3-4 working days by Nu Wagon panel beaters, what the broker was hearing from you and what I was hearing from the panel beaters were two different stories, it has now been three weeks, my car is finally ready but was not informed by the broker nor you on payment method for the excess. I am so shocked at the service received,I am going to cancel all my policies with you . so well done !
