Terrible and Rude On Customers

<p>I went ot buy lunch which I often do buy form the above company, today I was dealing with the lady over the counter, it is usually a guy. I was using orderIn app to buy which went through fine, she then started speaking in Sotho which I did not understand as I am a Zulu person, she understand Zulu but told me that she will not speak Zulu because I don't understand Sotho.</p> <p> </p> <p>She will not give my order even though I had paid, I had to ask for my money back, which she paid in cash.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will never go to that place again,.....If you speak any other language other-than Sotho be carefull.</p>
