Worst service every

These people are so unprofessional with their bad service. Their phone does not go through and their orders do not even arrive in time. How can they make a customer wait for so long to receive their products yet they say 2-5 business days. Better customer service would convert to repeat customers so they definitely have no idea about customer service.
