Worst service ever

Placed an order a week ago, 5 days later I still haven't heard anything regarding my order. I contacted the number provided on their website but the message I got was that the number does not exist. I sent an email and was told their lines are getting fixed. I tired again yesterday, fortunately I went through and the lady I spoke to said I should receive my order either today or tomorrow. I've grown frustrated over their lack of service. I'm afraid this will be my FIRST and LAST purchase from them.
