Very very Bad Service
The reply from Eco essentials is just not satisfactory because they shouldn't have let me pay the order if the were out of stock, because what I want is for them to delivery my order. Why cannot they just refund me if they cannot deliver

The 5 day delay time that they have added has also come to an end and still I have not received my order and they have exceed the delay time 5-10 days. I just need Eco essentials to deliver or to refund me
