Very Bad Service - Why is the company still advertising their products when you know you are not trading?

I have placed an order on Monday 03 August 2020, my reference number is *** and today is the 12th August 2020, I still have not received any documentation that my order was received and to keep track of when my parcel will be delivered. My order is still not been delivered. I have been sending e-mails, calling with no luck. How do one trust you in future in terms of buying your products? May we please get back our refunds because it seems like I'm not the only one complaining about your poor service.

My sincere apologies for the delay and inconvenience. We sent out an email last week explaining that we had a production delay due to COVID19, hence the delivery delay. Deliveries will take 5 business days longer than our usual delivery time of2-10 business days
