Very bad service from Eco Essentials

NEVER buy this product unless if you patient enough to wait for more than 2 months. I purchased their product in May and I followed up after 14 days all I was receiving were those auto-replies. Then I started investigating in their social pages if they ever update or anything, only to find that the last update was in 2018. it then started to kick in that I have been ****med. then I started doing that chat thing almost every day until this other day in July and they rep**** and gave me their number after I was promised to delivery. Then I started to nag via WhatsApp that I want a refund, then after 2 weeks of requesting a refund I received the products. I will never ever purchase their products even though it is work for me now, I would rather try something new.

They are fast to take your money but there is no delivery.
