Unreliable

I placed a order 13 days ago for products worth more than R1000and I haven't received anything. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because they keep on responding via emai but it seems like they blocked my account. I just gave them 7 days to either refund and deliver, after this I'm taking legal action!
