Unprofessional Service at Eco Essentials

I have placed an order with Eco Essentials on 27th April 2019, on their website they say parcels will be delivered between 2-5 days they sent a confirmation email, but up to now no response I tried calling the phone is forever off the hook, when it does ring there is no response, I sent an email, fax, inbox via facebook still no response, so I guess its money down the drain
