THE WORST SERVICE EVER

Do yourself a favour and look for other hair products because this is by far the worst service I have received in my entire life. On the 17th of November 2019 I ordered hair butter, detangling hair mist, hair oil and hair line serum amounting to R339.00 order number 4436. After I paid I didn’t hear from them for two weeks with regards to my order. I called their number that’s on the website +27 (0) 10 013 0228 and it doesn’t exist. I Sent them emails, messages on Instagram, Facebook and twitter and I didn’t get any response. I ended up contacting payfast which facilitated the payment as I needed my refund. Within two days I received a response from payfast stating that they have contacted the seller and they will be in touch with me. On the 7th of December 2019 I received a parcel from eco essential and to my surprise it was a hair shampoo, hair butter and conditioner. I got very upset as this wasn’t what i ordered and paid for. I then sent them emails, direct messages on their social networks to no avail. I called payfast and they said they will get hold of the seller again however they have opened lines of communication as I have at least received my order even though it’s not what I ordered. I asked if they could give me the number they used to contact them as the one on their website isn’t working, they told me they cannot it’s not part of their process. Today its the 20th of December 2019 and I still haven’t heard from Eco Essentials. Payfast sent me an email today stating that they have contacted them again on my behalf however they said my goods were sent I should follow up with the courier company. They are referring to the wrong package that I received. I am not writing this review for them to see and use it as constructive criticism to better their client experience because it is evident that they do not care about client experience and they probably not even interested in their image. However I am writing this review to help anyone who might want to purchase from them. DO NOT DO IT. You will spend your time, money, energy, emotions following up with people that will not even respond to emails.
