The company is a no show after placing an order!

I've placed an order with this company on the 15th July 2020 and since haven't received my parcel or any feedback on the reason for delay. I've send them an email and tried to call their office numerous times to no avail. I'm very disappointed and hope they'll at least refund my money!!
