Terrible service by Eco essentials hair products

Eco essentials service is sooo terrible.This is the 3rd month since I ordered my hair products,to date they were never delivered I asked for a refund and have been promised it will take 4 business days but to date I am still waiting. As a person working for a retail company this is the worst service I have ever thought of.
