Terrible customer service @ EcoEssentials

EcoEssentials is an online business that seeks hair products for natural hair. I love their products but their customer service is the worst.

I ordered a full package for them, however this is the second time I have had a delay in receiving my products. I have tried to contact someone to assist me via email, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and through their landline.

I managed to get through one of their main people on WhatsApp and she told me that she will send me my tracking information. She did not send me my tracking information and now does not answer my calls or respond to my emails.

Their products are expected to arrive within 3 days but it has been a month now since I ordered.
