I have placed two orders two days apart with Eco Essentials and I have received tracking numbers. It has been several weeks now with no way to track the order, no way to get a hold of them and I'm starting to get worried that I have been ****med. I have been sending emails with no response and in their policies they mentioned that if they are going to be delays they will keep a customer updated, and I have never even received a single update. I'm a very patient person but when it comes to trying to support a South African product with my hard earned money and not to get what want I get jumpy.
