November 2018 , I bought products from eco essentials , was given an order number 2618 after completing payment . I haven’t received my hair products till this day , have called the website number numerous of time with no response , have written emails with any response. I have spoken to someone on the Instagram was told my address was wrong gave them the correct address but still today haven’t received anything from eco essentials.
