****! Bad Customer Service!

Eco Essentials invites customers to order but they never deliver the orders! A lot of women are now very frustrated with them! They have been using Lockdown Level 5 as a reason why they are not delivering.

Now we are on Level 4 lockdown and they are still quite and not communicating as to when they will be delivering all orders made!

Other online shops for hair care products have been able to make deliveries even during Level 5 Lockdown because hair products are considered as “essential items”, yet Eco Essentials is still using lockdown as a reason to keep advertising their products, inviting unaware customers to buy , without any intention of delivering the products to the customers.

Do not buy from them!
