Robbing people of their money

I believe this company is **********. They don't even deserve the 1 star I rated them. I ordered hair products in May 2020 and I was told it was going to take 5 - 10 days to get my products. When I send emails they are not answered, the telephone number listed on the website doesn't seem to work. They only respond to questions about prices of products. I wonder why they are still advertising because I believe they are just robbing people of their money
