Products not delivered

I bought my products (order #5963) on the 1st June 2020, on the 8th June 2020 I received an email and sms saying my products have been dispatched. There was no tracking number. I tried to call, the number doesn't work and they don't respond to messages/emails, although they update their site with lockdown sales. To date my products haven't been delivered and on their website it says my order has been fulfilled. On CIPC site the company is still active and the physical address is: 39 Bosbok street,Theresapark,Gauteng 0108. The directors are: Funzani Asnath Melato and Tsumbedzo Gundani Nevondo.
