Products bought not delivered

I bought products on the 21st December 2018 and paid for them. I have not received the products . I have sent messages and emails and still no response. I call their number every single day and the number does not go through. A few days ago I received an email to review the products, to which I rep**** and that review was not published on their site. I’m utterly disgusted at their service and I Hope other people don’t fall for this ****.
