Product not delivered

I ordered 3 products from eco essentials and paid for all 3, my order only came with 2, when i inquired abut the 3rd product i was told it would be delivered in a week's time. To date i have not received the hair serum and my money has not been refunded and they have taken to not responding to any of my e-mails.
